Exclusive use of  all outdoor areas and the use our Beautiful Big Barn with its wagon wheel chandeliers and burlap draped from the ceiling.

• Use of the Bridal cottage for the day of your event beginning at 8 am.

• Seating for 125 at both the ceremony site and reception to include linens.  ( $6.00 per person over 125)

• Use of the property for 2 hours for rehearsal.  Ask about our special rehearsal dinner offer!

• Beautiful white wing back chairs for the wedding ceremony and reception.

• Man Cave for the groom and groomsmen to use the day of the ceremony. 

We have a large selection of antique decorating items at your disposal.

We have an in-house licensed bartender with extensive bar set up for your use. 



What you can do at the property:

• Decorate as you want. With some limitations in protecting our barn and facility - we give lots of flexibility on how you decorate for your event. You may decorate yourself, hire a professional or request that we decorate for a small additional fee. This allows you to make this event your own!

• Bring your own food or hire a caterer. Some groups like to make this a family affair and we will provide you the tables for food setup. Others would like to pick their caterer. We want to work with you to make this your own wedding! We can also provide you a listing of caterers that are familiar with our venue and we know will provide you with what you want.

• We do allow beer, wine, and/or champagne at these events but require you use our in house  bartender and acquire Liquor Liability Insurance. 





• $3000 - Includes use of the facility on Friday for rehearsal (2 hour window). Farm is yours from 8am until midnight on the day of your wedding. Seating for up to 125 at ceremony and reception including linens. (6.00 per person over 125). We provide all set up and tear down.

One Half of rental fee due at time contract is signed to reserve your date the remainder  is due 120 days prior to your ceremony.

• Want the bride to walk down the aisle on a horse?

• We do horse parties during your reception for the kids and adults alike.

• We can provide a horse to be in your photograph's.

• Just ask, we will find a way to meet your wants and needs.
